The Prime Minster and Secretary of State visited a childcare setting in our training programme to see what was happening and the wider partnerships in the local community. They saw our methodically tested systems, procedures, tools and learning of the last 25 years that we share through our training and consultancy services. We have been asked to present the concept at various conferences due to the groundbreaking collaboration made possible by the SaaS system with our partners. It allows providers to scale quality at speed, building trust, commitment and accountability with your teams, keeping a clear focus on results that can be celebrated through a time sensitive check system.
FDC Digital has its roots in FUNdays Club, a wraparound care service founded by Mark West (pictured) and Kate Brown. FUNdays Club is more than providing childcare. The service is a guilt-free way for parents to spend time away from their children while providing them with new, memorable, and creative experiences.
With the success of FUNdays Club came the desire to support others to achieve similar success. With ever-changing care requirements in education, there was a natural next step, where applying the principles and passion for FUNdays Club could be done in a new format designed specifically to support wraparound care requirements. Thus came FDC Training and Consultancy. The unique Seven-step approach to childcare provided children with a way to enrich their skills whilst schools and families lost any of their worries. With many schools and headteachers not having the means or resources to truly make the most of wraparound care, FDC Training & Consultancy became the ideal option to empower and enhance childcare in meaningful ways.
This brings us to FDC digital, our way of offering an easier means for providing quality childcare by following the latest recommended guidance, planning, procedures and more. It digitises all the expertise of FDC Training & Consultancy which has taken sites from 12 children a day to 165 children a day and makes it accessible to all levels of an organisation. It allows for instant accountability and responsibility checks, ensuring Multi-Academy Trusts and federated schools can lose their worries at the highest level. It provides instant feedback systems for better use of data and insights to ensure quality is maintained.
