Whenever you need assistance or encounter issues, our support tools are readily available.
Accessing Support
You may readily contact our support team through the “Help” option. This is found in the menu at the top right of the app. If you encounter any bugs or errors, please take a screenshot then select the Help option.
In the Help section, you can describe what you may need assistance with and upload a file, e.g. a screenshot. The Help section will also link you to our FDC Academy. The FDC Academy is where you can find articles and guides to help learn the ins and outs of the app.
