Logging in, PIN and site/user switching

Learn how to manage your login credentials, quickly switch users or sites, and set up a PIN for convenient access.

Initial Login & Site Selection

Once your user account has been created, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to set your password. If the link has expired, please contact us for a new one. After logging in, you may be prompted to select a site. If your organisation operates multiple sites, choose the correct one for your checks.

Using the Menu

Use the menu in the top-right corner to switch sites as needed. This menu also allows you to switch users and to set a PIN. Setting a PIN enables quick login without re-entering your password, although your password will still be required after long periods of inactivity or when not switching users.
