The FDC Digital platform adapts to the device you are using. Here are the key differences between accessing the app on your mobile phone versus a desktop computer.
Mobile View:
The mobile view streamlines the options available to you. This means you may need to scroll further down to find certain menu options. There is a quick access menu at the bottom of the screen. If it is hidden, you can drag it back into view with your finger, otherwise it will appear after scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page you are on. Swipe from the left side of the screen to the right to ‘go back’ to a previous page quickly.
Desktop View:
The desktop view functions the same except it has a side menu for quick access. You may need to scroll down on this menu to see all options, depending on your screen size.
